Sick and Homebound

Bringing the Body of Christ and the fellowship of St. Mary of the Assumption parish is an important part of our parish community.

Anyone who is suffering from a prolonged illness or who is homebound due to advanced age or physical limitations can contact the parish office 30l-627-3255 to schedule a visit for reception of the Sacraments of the Eucharist, Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick.

There are other Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion who have volunteered to take the Eucharist to the sick and homebound on Sundays for those who would like that.  Please contact Fr. LaHood at 301-627-3255 or tlahood@stmayum.org
