Dear Parishioners,

We have some good news at last. We applied for and received a PPP loan to cover our payroll. This is a big help to our budget. We had a Priest’s Council Meeting via telephone today. We have indications that Governor Hogan may open up places of worship as soon as next week. There will be stringent social distancing guidelines, of course. But, this is a very positive sign. Let us pray that we can come together soon. The Archbishop is doing a lot behind the scenes for the Archdiocese. Please pray for him as he leads us in these difficult times.

While the number of cases continues to rise the hospitalization rate of increase is still very low. This is the key number, as far as I know, in determining when we can begin phase 1.

Let us pray for those who have the virus and for the souls of those who have passed away because of the virus.
