Dear Parishioners,

This was certainly the strangest Easter that I have ever experienced. Deacon Klco and I did the Easter Vigil in the church Saturday evening. The usually 2 1/2 hour ceremony took almost exactly 1 hour. There is Easter water in the church that was blessed at the Easter Vigil. You can come and bless yourself with it or take some home. Please use a tissue or handkerchief to push the button on the on spigot on the Holy Water container.

I would like to try and do something next Sunday. I know how all of you miss coming to church and miss the sacraments. I’ll see if I can give you some details later in the week.

I hope all of you had a blessed Easter Sunday. May all of us continue to be blessed during this Easter season. Please hope and pray that we can get back together soon, perhaps, even in early May.
